HMSP International is recruiting a Construction Manager to join the company to start a new department.
* Roles and Responsibilities:
– Manage prefabrication projects of houses and apartments in Vietnam to be installed in Australia
– Build relationships with suppliers of building materials who meet Australian standards and pass information to purchasing department for procurement
– Manage a team of builders to construct the prefabricated property in adjoining pieces
– Deal with Australian private certifiers to ensure prefabrication meets all Australian import requirements and building standards
– Understand technical architectural drawings prepared in English and translate documents to the relevant stakeholders in Vietnam
– Work with Australian architects, builders, surveyors, certifiers and town planners to ensure smooth end to end construction process
* Requirements
– Past experience in prefabrication/modular construction
– Past experience in major construction companies in Vietnam – English IELTS equivalent 7.5 – Able to travel and can meet visa requirements to Australia
* Salary:
Negotiable base salary + attractive commissions on successful projects.
